Join the Executive Committee

The Grimsby and Cleethorpes Liberal Democrat party elect volunteers to our Executive Committee who have a responsibility in taking on ad hoc roles, helping with special projects and having a say in how the local party is run.

 

Being a committee member enables you to help guide the party in the best possible direction. It suits someone who is generally quite competent, and who likes to look at the bigger picture of their local party.

The Executive Committee is ideal for somebody who wants to be involved, but who may not want an official position, such as Councillor or MP.

 

Members of the Executive are elected at the Grimsby and Cleethorpes party's AGM, which takes place in October every year. Any local party member can stand for the Executive Committee.
